Govinda, our Customer Experience Agent, understood this fact and made sure he demonstrated our value. He was approached by a frustrated customer who was facing connectivity issues. Govinda heard him patiently and calmed him down. He politely inquired of information needed to fix the issue.
He instantly got into action mode and gave a step-by-step solution to the customer. Furthermore, he guided the customer to reboot the router and monitor the connection.
Govinda stayed on call and waited till the customer’s connection was up and running. The call ended with a thumbs-up from the customer. With his attitude, Govinda showed how we care about our customers. A simple human value created a huge difference in the entire service experience.
